Early Bird Full -- Member & Guests – $270.00
All conference events, lunch, and the Banquet on Saturday (Oct 24). Also includes the reception on Thursday evening (Oct 22).
Full -- Member & Guests – $295.00
All conference events and meals--including the reception on Thursday evening (Oct 22) and the Banquet Saturday (Oct 24).
Full -- Non-Members – $320.00
All conference events and meals--including the reception on Thursday evening (Oct 22) and the Banquet on Saturday (Oct 24).

Non-members registering for the full conference will become full 1-year members (50% off the normal dues rate).
Half -- Member – $180.00
All conference hotel events AFTER lunch Friday, Oct 23 -- includes the awards banquet Saturday, Oct 24.
Half -- Non-Member – $205.00
All conference hotel events after lunch Friday, Oct 23 -- includes the awards banquet Saturday, Oct 24.

Non-members registering for the half-conference will become full 1-year members (50% off the normal dues rate).

Notes & Instructions

Click on the blue REGISTER button to get started. Next, enter your email. If you're an MWSA member, the system should recognize your email, and you'll be asked to sign in at this point. Non-members will fill in contact details. Next, select the attendance/registration option you prefer, add guest(s), and pay for your conference attendance using our secure payment system.

Notes:

Members will have to log in to see and register for MWSA member rates (until you're logged in, only the non-member or public conference rates will be visible).
Members and their guest(s) pay the member rate. Non-members and their guest(s) pay the non-member rate. We're continuing a membership discount program for this conference: the non-member rate is $25 more than the member rate, and includes a one-year membership at a 50% discount.
This registration is for the conference only, to reserve a room at the hotel, visit the hotel section of our conference page.
